MIAMI BEACH-A firm led by Michael Comras, a Miami Beach-based retail investor, has bought the 701 Lincoln Rd. for an amount of $17.5 million. The 40,000-square-foot, three-story building will house the first store of Forever 21 in Miami Beach.
