CHICAGO-The Irvine Co. is all set to acquire the 49-floor Hyatt Center at 71 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago from Pritzker Realty Group for $625 million, which translates into just over $400 per square foot.
The 1.5-million-square-foot office tower deal could complete as soon as Friday. The tower was built in 2004 and is now 96% occupied. Eastdil Secured is handling the sale of the property on behalf of the owner. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
