
BOSTON-People gathered at the Public Library of Brookline's Putterham Branch to question a revised proposal for increasing apartments at Hancock Village. The development, built in 1948, has nearly 530 apartments situated off VFW Parkway and Independence Drive in the southern part of Brookline.
