CHICAGO-SunCoke Energy will relocate its headquarters from Knoxville, Tennessee, to west suburban Lisle. The state is providing about $4.8 million in incentives for SunCoke's move into the Arboretum Lakes complex.
Sources have said earlier that an unidentified tenant was searching for 40,000 square feet for its headquarters. Arboretum Lakes, a 740,000-square-foot, four-building complex owned by Millbrook Real Estate Co., is situated near the crossway of State Route 53 and Interstate 88.
