NEW YORK CITY-Cafe Today has signed a lease for 15 years with The Moinian Group for 5,500 square feet on the ground floor and 2,500 square feet on the basement at 60 Madison Ave. The asking rent for the ground floor was $110 per square foot and for the basement it was $45 per square foot.
