NEW YORK CITY-A new clothing store will be opened in the garment district. Smart Fashion will open its first retail store on West 36th Street located between Seventh Avenue and Broadway.
Smart Fashion has signed a long-term lease with Foremost Real Estate for 2,000 square feet for a new store. The asking rent for the space was about $60 per square foot. Tatiana Jung-Voevodina and Richard Smith of Winick Realty represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
