CHICAGO-Duke Realty Corp., an Indianapolis-based REIT, is selling two office buildings situated in Lake Forest to a joint venture it holds with CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust. The joint venture is purchasing the Lake Forest buildings, which are part of a 3.1-million-square-foot, 20-building office portfolio, for $517 million.
