DALLAS-Apartment Builder JLB Partners has purchased a vacant site spanning about three acres in Dallas' Cityplace project, at Blackburn Street and North Central Expressway, from Cityplace Co. The developer plans to construct nearly 300 rental apartments at the site.
The construction of the apartment community is expected to start after Q2 2011. The acquisition was financed by a loan of approximately $4 million from Wells Fargo Bank. The developer is presently constructing a 321-unit development in Houston. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
