DALLAS-Kansas City Southern Railway Co. has bought a 28.3-acre land located northeast of Centennial Drive and Spring Creek Parkway in Wylie from Pooran LP. The company will integrate the acreage into its existing railroad yard.
The purchased land area is the last remaining parcel with heavy industrial zoning. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented the seller, while Terry Darrow and Andrew Ward of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the buyer in the transaction. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
