PROVIDENCE, RI-Providence Community Health Centers, a nonprofit organization, is constructing a clinic measuring 40,200 square feet on a 3.5-acre site on Prairie Avenue in the neighborhood of Upper South Providence. The clinic will be the basis of a medical-retail complex, which will include a Walgreen's drug store and a Lifespan's office.
