SAN DIEGO-Concordia Homes is marketing 47 residential units at Pacific Station, a mixed-use project at 687 South Coast Highway 101 in downtown Encinitas. John DeWald & Associates along with Phase 3 Properties Inc. developed the $40-million project.

Prices for single-story flats, two-story lofts and two-story town homes ranging from 600 to 2,300 square feet range between $300,000 and $700,000.
