OAKLAND, CA-Walnut Creek-based Loja Group LLC has sold The Shops at Waterford, the Safeway-anchored retail center at the northwest corner of Dublin Boulevard and Tassajara Road in Dublin, to Glendale-based American Realty Advisors. The group had purchased the 127,000-square-foot center in January 2010 for $44 million.
