HOUSTON-Black Stone Minerals has extended its headquarters space by 13,119 square feet. The company has also renewed its lease deal with an affiliate of JMB Realty, FC Tower Property Partners, LP, for 55,082 square feet at 1001 Fannin in First City Tower.
