NEW YORK CITY-The former Taystee Bakery complex situated in Harlem was sold by the city in 1996 to upscale Citarella, which had promised to develop the site for office, warehouse and food preparation use. The city's Economic Development Corp. has issued a petition, seeking developers' proposals for the site, measuring 134,000 square feet. The decision has come in advance of a rezoning of West Harlem. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
