ORLANDO-Stirling Sotheby's International Realty Commercial Group has negotiated a lease deal in Orlando. Beijing, China-based CRCC Railway Construction USA Corp. has leased 1,369 square feet at 189 S. Orange Ave., suite 1130B in the Plaza in downtown Orlando from ACM DT Properties LLC.
