HOUSTON-A local investor has bought an eatery leased to Jack in the Box. The investor has purchased the restaurant measuring 2,684 square feet at 17502 Texas 6 in Manvel.
The investor acquired the restaurant from an individual investor. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Dennis Johnston from McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, while the seller was represented by Hunter Jaggard from Stan Johnson Co. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
