HOUSTON-Colliers International has negotiated the sale of a building in Houston with CresaPartners. Panattoni Development has sold the 58,263-square-foot building located at 12650 N. Featherwood Drive to Derrick Management.
The Featherwood Drive building is 100% leased. In the transaction, the seller was represented by Colliers International's Jay Kyle, Christopher Winters and Marshall Clinkscales, while the buyer was represented by CresaPartners' Charles Goldstein. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
