HOUSTON-Jones Lang LaSalle has negotiated a lease deal with CB Richard Ellis. Pipeco Services has leased an 11,229-square-foot office space at the Centre at Cypress Creek situated at 20475 Texas 249 from PCA Cypress Creek.
The Centre at Cypress Creek sits in 40 acres of corporate campus. The tenant was represented by Ryan Barbles and Garrold Parratt of Jones Lang LaSalle, while the landlord was represented by Steve Rocher and Cody Armbrister of CB Richard Ellis in the transaction.
