HOUSTON-CB Richard Ellis has negotiated a lease deal with Henry S. Miller Brokerage for a retail space in Pearland. Sylvan Learning Center has signed a deal to lease 2,800 square feet in the Silverlake Shopping Center located at 10228 Broadway.
