NEW YORK CITY-Apple is planning to occupy a 10,000 square feet in a Union Square building at 101-104th Fifth Avenue. The company has now relocated into a built space of Kaufman Organization on a short-term lease, but it may extend the lease for a longer time.

The 270,000-square-foot tower, situated a block away from Union Square, is nearly 70% occupied. Nonprofits, small investment funds, Virgin Mobile and an architect occupy space in the building. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
