MAITLAND, FL-Maitland-based CommerCenters, LLC has created the American Performance Fund to purchase University Science Center, a 55,908-square-foot building at 12001 Science Drive. The multitenant building is located in the central Florida Research Park adjacent to the University of Central Florida.
President and chief operating officer of CommerCenters, Richard Asta has said that the building as well as its 5.19 acre site will be acquired by the American Performance Fund, and the property will be managed by CommerCenters.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
