MEMPHIS-A subsidiary of Crews Realty LLC, Memphis-based Hilliard Crews Partnership has acquired a 52-acre residential land in Wolf River Planned Development for an amount of $4.4 million. The company has plans to develop the site close to Collierville Elementary and Collierville High School.
The real estate company purchased the residential land site from ECG Memphis LLC. The first phase of the development, which includes houses ranging from $325,000 to $400,000, will be finished by this summer. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal.
