CHICAGO-New Hyde Park, NY-based Kimco Realty Corp., a partner of Laurance Freed in the Streets of Woodfield shopping center, is jumping into the escalating conflict between Freed and Bank of America Corp. The REIT is filing a suit against B of A, a main loaner to Freed on various projects, including Block 37.
