CHARLOTTE, NC-Arizona-based Healthcare Trust of America has acquired a medical office park, consisting of nine office buildings on Cary, for a total amount of $28.2 million. The Medical Park of Cary is situated on the north side of Ashville Avenue close to WakeMed Cary Hospital.
Eight of the office buildings, leased to medical care groups and physicians associated with the hospital, are single-story structures. The ninth building, constructed in 1998, is a three-story structure. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal.
