MEMPHIS-Edward Rose & Sons, developer of $36 million mixed use community called Irene Woods community at Forest Hill Irene Road and Bill Morris Parkway, has signed a deal with Minnesota-based Ecumen to develop and manage a 140-unit senior housing facility at the community.
The project is slated for construction in June 2011 and is expected to be done by August 2012. The community will also feature 432 non-age-restricted multifamily rentals. The developer purchased the 49.5-acre land for the community from Turley LP. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal.
