DELAND, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has negotiated the sale of an apartment property in DeLand for an amount of $578,000. A Florida-based private investor has bought Penn Oaks, an apartment complex having 44 units at 315 West Pennsylvania Ave., from a Delaware-based financial institution.
