WEST PALM BEACH, FL-A fund operated by BlackRock, Inc. has purchased Village Commons, a shopping center anchored by Publix, for $25.7 million. The center is situated at the junction of Brandywine Road and Village Boulevard in West Palm Beach.
The California Public Employees' Retirement System, First Washington Realty, Inc. and Regency Centers are the joint owners of the 169,053-square-foot center.
