ORLANDO-CB Richard Ellis has negotiated the sale of a retail center in Orlando. Moss Parc Commercial, LLC has sold Nona Commons, a multitenant retail center measuring 59,205 square feet at 10727 Narcoossee Road, to Lexin Nona, LLC.
The retail center, constructed in 2008, includes Great Clips, Anytime Fitness, Outback Steakhouse and Papa John's as tenants. Dave Donnellan, Dan Baker, Bill Strauss, Todd Weintraub from CBRE's Private Client Group - Retail Properties and Mike Millard negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
