THE WOODLANDS, TX-Greystar Real Estate Partners has bought a 12.4-acre stretch of land located off South Millbend Drive close to the Village of Grogan's Village Center in The Woodlands to develop a 300-home garden apartment community. Colliers International negotiated the sales on behalf of The Woodlands Development Co.
