SORRENTO MESA, CA-Pacific Office Properties Trust Inc. has inked expansion and extension leases totaling 128,731 square feet with two firms in its Sorrento Mesa-based Seaview Corporate Center.
Active Network has renewed its 80,186-square-foot lease and expanded to 101,446 square feet by adding 21,460 square feet for seven years. DefenseWeb Technologies Inc. has signed a 27,285-square-foot lease for six years. The deal includes a renewal of term on 5,933 square feet and a fresh lease of 21,352 square feet.
