BROOKSVILLE, FL-Regency Centers has leased a retail space measuring 2,800 at Suncoast Crossing in Brooksville to Paradigm Dental, a general dentistry office. Paradigm Dental has leased the retail space situated at the crossway of The Suncoast Parkway and Spring Hill Drive.
According to Cary Anderson of Regency Centers, Target occupies 142,198 square feet and Kohl's occupies 98,282 square feet in the 260,080-square-foot shopping center. Paradigm Dental will open its new store for business in March 2011. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
