DELAND, FL-NAI Realvest has negotiated a new lease deal in DeLand. Sarasota, FL-based Healthcare Management Enterprises, Inc. has signed a lease for six years for 3,216 square feet of office space at 1205 S. Woodland Blvd. in DeLand.
The physicians group leased the space from Triad Center LLC. Paul P. Partyka with NAI Realvest negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant, while Todd Swann represented the landlord in the transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
