TAMPA, FL-Lane Witherspoon & Carswell Commercial Real Estate Advisors has negotiated the sale of a retail space in Tampa. Skypoint, LLC has sold its 9,907-square-foot retail space in Skypoint Tampa situated in the River Arts District to Tampa-based Hachem Investments, Inc.
The retail space, constructed in 2007, is completely leased to Five Guys, Kurdi's Fresh Mediterranean Grill, Pizza Fusion, Taps and the Point. Lane Witherspoon & Carswell negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
