NEW YORK CITY-Arhaus, a furniture retailer, has just leased space and is expanding 32,000 square feet on the basement, ground and second floors in a mid-block building located at 15 Little West 12th St.

Another retail space measuring 2,000 square feet is available for use on the 13th Street side. Palo Alto-based Palantir will occupy the top floor measuring 13,500 square feet.
