CHICAGO-A fund of Chicago-based Venture One Real Estate LLC has purchased an industrial/office building measuring 78,775 square feet in the Lincoln Commerce Center at 2401-2441 Commerce Drive in north suburban Libertyville. Venture One has acquired the building from an affiliate of Arlington Heights-based TMA Group.
The price could not be decided, but according to CoStar Group Inc., the property was last sold for $3.3 million in 2003. The company has plans to renovate the building, which is presently 43% leased. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
