WASHINGTON, DC-Kettler Inc. and Douglas Development Corp. are starting construction on the new residential project in the Mount Vernon Triangle area of Washington, DC in Q3. The residential development at 450 K St. NW will include a retail space measuring 5,000 square feet on the ground floor and 253 apartment units.
