LAKE WALES, FL-Dowd Properties and Hendricks & Partners-Florida, LLC have closed the sale of a 72-acre site in Lake Wales. Boston-based Capstone Resdev, LLC has sold the site situated near Eagle Ridge mall on the east of US 27 and south of Chalet Suzanne Road in Lake Wales to Dania-based Lake Wales Realty Investors, LLC.
