TAMPA, FL-Carlton Fields has leased an additional 14,510-square-foot office space at Wachovia Center, a LEED Gold-certified building in the center of downtown Tampa. The new space will compliment Carlton Fields' headquarters situated at Corporate Center Three at International Plaza.
The firm will move its administrative departments to the new office location. Russ Sampson and Andy Lechter of Studley represented the tenant, while Claire Calzon from Colliers International Tampa Bay represented the landlord in the transaction.
