Commenting on the move, managing director Randy Dixon of Colliers said, “These office brokers are good guys and professionals. It’s unfortunate to see them leave Colliers, but we wish them well in their future pursuits.”
Dixon noted that he has “already received calls from several brokers who are excited about these openings,” although he added that Colliers “is not rushing the process to replace the Sacramento/Roseville office team.” The company, which has offices in Sacramento area offices in Sacramento and Roseville, is “looking for exceptionally talented real estate professionals that will also fit into our culture.” Brokers at Colliers “are set up for success, and usually stay on for a number of years, as these brokers did,” Dixon said.
In the team’s move to Cushman & Wakefield, Thomas assumes the responsibility of managing Cushman & Wakefield’s Sacramento office in addition to his role as a brokerage professional. Former managerChris Strain
