HOUSTON-Greensboro, NC-based Tanger Factory Outlet Centers has confirmed that it is planning to develop a shopping center in the southern part of Houston. The developer has plans for a 300,743-square-foot project on a 35-acre land in League City located near FM 646 and Interstate 45.
The new project would comprise nearly 95 stores. Tanger is the second developer looking to bring a shopping center in the Houston area. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
