CHICAGO-Chicago-based Vermilion Development Inc., which has been hired to redevelop the Harper Court shopping center of Hyde Park, holds letters of intent for 60% of the proposed retail space measuring 80,000 square feet. The developer is close to find financing for the first phase of $240-million project.
