JACKSONVILLE, FL-An affiliate of Fort Lauderdale-based Ironshore Capital, LLC has acquired Water's Edge, a seven-story oceanfront condominium at 123 First St. S. in Jacksonville Beach. Currently, 12 units ranging from 2,000 square feet to 4,000 square feet is available at Water's Edge.
Ironshore Capital, which has made improvements to the condominium, will open remaining homes at Water's Edge for sales. Prices for units will start from $400,000. The firm has hired Jacksonville-based Carat Realty to handle sales. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
