CHICAGO-Synergy Flavors Inc., a food flavoring manufacturer, is moving from 40,000 square feet at 1230 Karl Court to 1260 Henri Drive. The company has purchased an industrial building measuring 85,357 square feet at 1260 Henri Drive in northwest suburban Wauconda.
The company acquired the building along with eight acres of land for future expansion from principals of Henri Studio Inc. for $4 million. Daniel Benassi from Entre Commercial Realty LLC negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
