NEW YORK CITY-Mulberry Fashions is opening a store in Soho. The retailer has signed a long-term lease for 10,700 square feet at 134 Spring Street.
Mulberry presently has two smaller locations at 605 Madison Avenue and 387 Bleecker Street. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Joshua Lewin and Joel Isaacs from Isaacs and Company, while the landlord was represented by Beth Rosen and Karen Bellantoni from Robert K.
