ORLANDO-Quest Company has negotiated two lease deals in Kissimmee. Tile Enterprises Outlet, Inc. has inked a lease for two years for a retail space measuring 1,600 square feet and Salud es Vida has inked a lease for one year for a retail space measuring 350 square feet at 2824 Michigan Ave.
