LOS ANGELES-A remote monitoring system designed to reduce energy costs for commercial property tenants is being operated in different markets across the nation, including in Westlake Village, Agoura Hills and Valencia. ArdenACCESS, an automated platform, was designed to cut operating costs, carbon dioxide emissions and electricity use across the commercial properties of GE Capital Real Estate.
