LAS VEGAS-A two-year extension has been granted by the Henderson Planning Commission to begin construction of the proposed Della Montagna project at Lake Las Vegas. Capstone Advisors, the applicant, has asked the commission to extend the time for rezoning the project to a rarified-quality residential zone from a development holding.
