SAN DIEGO-Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has negotiated new lease deals in Hillcrest. Pappalecco, Beauty by Dolly, Pure Barre and Osteria Origano have leased space in a mixed-use Atlas development at 3650 Fifth Ave. from D.R. Horton Inc. for $1.64 million.
The project includes 140 condo units consisting of one, two and three bedrooms ranging from 719 to 1,576 square feet. The mixed-use development also contains a retail space on the ground floor.
