WASHINGTON, DC-Franklin Street Properties Corp., a real estate investment trust based in Wakefield, MA, has sold an eight-story office building measuring 252,613 square feet at 3150 Fairview Park Drive in Falls Church for an amount of $90 million. The REIT acquired the building for $73 million or about $289 per square foot in Q3 of 2009.
