ORLANDO-Charlotte, North Carolina-based Pavilion Capital, LLC has acquired a retail development land measuring 0.71 acres located on Majorca Place in Orlando from Se Belle Smith Dymmek of Kissimmee for $700,000.
Pavilion Capital will build a 7,000-square-foot Tire Kingdom store on the location. Matt Cichocki and Kevin O'Connor of NAI Realvest represented the buyer in the deal.
